Enable Draft Pick Trading on Web only:
- The League Manager is the only person that has access to enable a draft pick trading in a league.
- Click on the "LM Tools" tab
- Click on "Edit League Settings"
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page to the "Draft Settings" section and click "Edit"
- Change "Allow Draft Pick Trading" to "Yes", but make sure the order is set to "Manually Set by League Manager" or "Randomized during League Creation." Otherwise it won't be available
- Click "Submit Draft Settings" to execute the change
